About The Farm

Ray's journey into the fascinating world of mushroom cultivation began in September 2021, where I started growing mushrooms in a tent nestled within my spare bedroom. Initially, we focused on direct-to-consumer sales, fine-tuning our approach as we navigated the exciting challenges of a budding business.

In December 2022, my life took an even brighter turn when I started dating Chelsea. It didn't take long for me to realize what an incredible asset she was, particularly at farmers markets. Our love story unfolded, culminating in marriage, and now, she's not just my life partner but also an indispensable force, holding everything together during the hectic weeks.

Adding to our passion for mushrooms, in 2022, we embarked on a rewarding journey by launching a mushroom growing program in collaboration with the Academy of Building Industries. Witnessing the children's joy as they connect with the source of their food and gain insights into the hard work of farmers has been incredibly fulfilling.
